If you connected a Meta account to ShowCore and want data associated with that connection removed, first disconnect Meta from ShowCore under Administration → Integrations.
To request deletion of data received through a Meta connection, email info@jwalkertransport.com with the subject ShowCore Meta Data Deletion Request.
Include the ShowCore organization/tenant name and enough information to identify the connected account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.
After the request is verified, ShowCore will remove applicable stored Meta connection credentials and associated integration data that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legitimate audit purposes.
Disconnecting or deleting data in ShowCore does not independently delete information held by Meta. Users may also manage app connections and data directly through their Meta/Facebook account settings.
