ShowCore is a business operations platform for production companies. This policy explains how information is handled when organizations and their authorized users use ShowCore and connect third-party services such as Meta.
ShowCore may process account and organization information, application records created by authorized users, integration identifiers, and information made available through third-party services that a user expressly connects to ShowCore.
When an authorized user connects Meta, ShowCore may receive identifiers and permissions necessary to identify Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Professional accounts, publish content authorized by the user, and retrieve permitted engagement or insight information. ShowCore does not ask users to provide their Facebook or Instagram passwords.
Information is used to provide ShowCore features, maintain integrations, perform authorized publishing and synchronization, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and maintain audit records.
ShowCore does not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to connected service providers when necessary to perform an action requested by an authorized user, or where required by law.
ShowCore uses access controls and server-side credential protection for connected integrations. Information is retained as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, and maintain appropriate business records.
Users may disconnect supported integrations within ShowCore. Requests concerning deletion of data received through Meta can follow the instructions on the ShowCore Data Deletion page.
